Garage For You, Inc deserves far more than a 5 Superior rating. The workmen are very professional, polite and skilled. They arrived exactly when they said they would be here and took care of everything. The cement poured and garage built look great. All the debris from the demolition and the building of the garage was immediately removed from our property. Ivana in the office responded to questions immediately. Garage For You built us a beautiful custom garage. The process was smooth and communication was good. This was our first large construction project, so we had lots of questions and needed to go over everything a few times to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Garage for you is a platinum company. You can rely upon them for quick attention, lightning quick email and text responses. The price we paid was very fair, and the smooth process and confidence in our outcome made it a pleasure. Ricky came on site often to clarify and expedite our project. He coordinated with his concrete subcontractor to improve the lay of the drive. He made sure everything was happening to our satisfaction. The garage structure went up in a matter of days. You get efficiency as well as quality with Ricky. Flexibility is another wonderful asset which guaranteed our project's success. For us, drainage was a tandem project, and Garage for You coordinated around that work, no problem. We also decided at the last minute to use vinyl shakes on the top portion of the garage front. No problem. We had several special requests, all met with gracious ease and excellence. All the subcontractors were considerate and very polite. The materials used are top-notch and the workmanship is outstanding. You can see for yourself in these photos. We are extremely happy with our garage. We had Garages For U build us a new garage. They were great to work with. Ivona handled the permitting process with the city and was able to get the necessary surveys done quickly. The garage turned out great. Carpenters were very fussy on materials used and paid attention to the little things that made it a great job. Last year we replaced our hundred year old garage. The work was done by Garage For You. We were and are still very pleased with the experience. We live in Oak Park in an historical district. So there were a number of requirements above and beyond what I would imagine is involved in replacing a garage in most locations. The permit process with the village was quite lengthy. Garage For You waited and was ready to proceed with demolition and construction when the village permits came through. They told us when each phase of the process would be done and they stuck to it. They demolished the old garage; laid the foundation for the new garage; and finished construction on schedule. There were a few unique features that they were able to accommodate. I had saved and refurbished five original windows from the old garage. And I also duplicated the original trim. They incorporated both of these items into the design for the new garage and installed them. And, in order to match the house, we had another company apply a stucco finish to the garage. Garage For You workers prepared the walls as the stucco company requested. The stucco company said that the preparation was excellent. The electrical and final inspections were flawless. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, the flexibility of the design process and the overall responsiveness and availability of the workers and office staff.
